Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to HR Vision London 2026 and related ILP Events enquiries, registrations, sponsorship requests, agenda downloads, and event communications.

Event changes

While every effort is made to deliver the advertised event programme, ILP Events may change dates, venue, location, agenda, speakers, sessions, or event features where necessary. ILP Events may also merge, postpone, or adapt the event format if required.

Cancellations and postponement

If ILP Events permanently cancels an event and it is not postponed or merged with another event, paid clients may receive a credit note for amounts paid, valid for use at another ILP Events conference for up to two years. Refunds, part refunds, or alternative compensation may not be available unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Delegate and enquiry information

Information submitted through this website must be accurate and submitted by the individual or organisation authorised to make the enquiry. ILP Events may contact you using the details provided to respond to agenda, attendance, speaking, or sponsorship requests.

Content and intellectual property

Event names, branding, programme content, materials, speaker information, and website content are owned by or licensed to ILP Events and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

Privacy

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. By submitting a form, you confirm that you have read the privacy information and consent where required.
